Ethiostar Translation and Localization PLC is Now ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certified. (This makes Ethiostar the first translation company in Sub-Saharan Africa to get the certificates)

We are so excited to have passed ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certification audit stages, internationally recognized standards that ensure our services meet the needs of our esteemed customers through implementation of effective quality management system.

We have developed and implemented our quality management system plus locally developed translation management system. These systems are designed to improve overall performance, maintain a high-level of quality and strong customer service and provide an achievable goal for sustainable development initiatives. Our goal is to become the best translation company in East Africa and beyond.

To become ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, Ethiostar Translation and Localization PLC was audited rigorously in the evaluation processes that included quality management system development and implementation, documentation review of the management system, and many more. The audit and assessment went both successful and no major or minor non-conformances were identified.
